IT Support Specialist - (Position Filled)
Full-Time Position in Hobart
The Role:
- Provide regular ICT support to client personnel on-site, via phone and via computer based systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance on ICT systems.
- Deploy and upgrade ICT infrastructure.
- Liaise with clients to identify requirements.
Skills:
- In-depth proficiency with Microsoft and Apple OS's.
- Proficiency with networking systems.
- Proficiency with communications systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and presentation.
- Technical documentation creation.
